Service Description

One of the best aspects of a coaching relationship is that we have a different kind of conversation than we have with friends or family. As your coach, I follow your guidance for each session, offer non-judgmental support around your challenges and revel in your successes and strengths. During a session, we focus on what goals, aspirations and/or changes you want to manifest in your life. I adapt each tool and process so that it best serves you.
